“The hotel was very relaxing and and beautiful. As a suggestion I believe they should include a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was pretty costly so I just didn't eat breakfast that day. Overall nice hotel.”

“I would not recommend this hotel. The property was extremely unclean. There was a dead bug on the AC unit in our room, and the bed was in poor condition, which forced us to request a room change. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. There were old mattresses left in the hallways and even a couch sitting in the parking lot. The entire place looked neglected and felt more like the setting of a scary motel than a hotel. Cleanliness and maintenance clearly are not priorities here....

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“We inly stayed one night! Breakfast was great. What happened to the front dest telling you which end of the hotel the room is, what time breakfast starts and ends, or anything about the pool that we didn't realize existed before getting in the elevator.”

“Hotel comodo se ci si deve muovere in zona, un po' meno per visitare Chicago, visto il traffico intenso che richiede almeno un'ora per arrivare in centro. L'hotel è pulito come la camera, ma il servizio di pulizia camera pare sia a richiesta. Su 5 notti, la camera è stata rifatta 2 volte quando è stato da noi richiesto alla reception. La colazione è standard, yougurt, bagel, waffle. Alcuni piatti caldi a rotazione, tipo le uova. Caffè sempre disponibile. ”

“As a Hilton property I’m shocked. This is a large 8 story hotel and the problems start at the front door. It’s just about summer, the Lobby entrance has large planters outside that are void of plantings and choked with weeds. The area around the lobby elevators is shabby and tired. The elevators looked ragged out. There was a used / stained coffee Cup outside our room in the hall on Sunday when checking in, and it stayed there until Tuesday Evening. The Windows to the building were filthy...

“The most I like about hotel is friendly stuff, they were very personal and very helpful, except shuttle driver and shuttle itself was very uncomfortable. On my way from airport, he didn’t help me to get my suitcase in the shuttle, it was very challenging because it had 3 very high steps. On my way back I got help with suitcase, but he wouldn’t stop at my terminal, it never happened to me in any other hotels. Also shuttle only comes once an hour, because hotel is 30 minutes away.
